نددت الجامعة الوطنية للصحافة والإعلام والاتصال، التابعة للاتحاد المغربي للشغل، بما وصفته بـ”الطرد السادي والتعسفي” الذي طال عددًا من موظفي المجلس الوطني للصحافة، متهمة رئيس اللجنة المؤقتة للمجلس، يونس مجاهد، بـ”ممارسة التسلط والتنكيل بالموظفين”، وخاصة العاملات من النساء، دون أي سند قانوني.
وفي بلاغ شديد اللهجة، عبّرت الجامعة عن تضامنها المطلق مع الصحفية وئام الحرش، التي شملها قرار الطرد، مطالبة بإرجاعها الفوري إلى عملها، ورد الاعتبار لها، معتبرة ما جرى “انتهاكًا صارخًا لحقوق الشغيلة الإعلامية”.
🔴 اتهامات بالتعسف والتواطؤ
وأكدت النقابة أن هذه الإجراءات تتم في غياب أي مسطرة قانونية واضحة أو مبررات إدارية وجيهة، معتبرة أن “الطرد” تم في ظروف مهينة تنم عن “نهج انتقامي يستهدف استقلالية الإعلاميين”.
كما حمّلت الحكومة ووزارة الشباب والثقافة والتواصل، الوصية على القطاع، مسؤولية ما وصفته بـ”التواطؤ الصامت”، مشيرة إلى أن صمتها إزاء هذه “التجاوزات” يغذي مناخ الترهيب داخل القطاع، ويمس بمصداقية المؤسسات المعنية بتنظيم المهنة.
🗳️ دعوة لإصلاح جذري وانتخابات ديمقراطية
في السياق ذاته، دعت الجامعة إلى إصلاح المجلس الوطني للصحافة عبر انتخابات نزيهة وديمقراطية، تُمكن المهنيين الحقيقيين من تمثيل الجسم الإعلامي، بدل “منطق التحكم والتعيين المباشر”.
كما عبّرت عن مخاوف حقيقية من المس باستقلالية الإعلام في المغرب، في وقت تمر فيه الصحافة المغربية بتحديات كبيرة على مستوى الحريات المهنية، والتوازن بين المهنية والضغوط السياسية.

Le Syndicat national de la presse et des médias, affilié à l’Union marocaine du travail, a vivement dénoncé ce qu’il qualifie de “licenciement sadique et abusif” de plusieurs employés du Conseil national de la presse, accusant le président de la commission provisoire, Younes Moujahid, de pratiques autoritaires et d’abus, notamment envers les femmes, sans aucun fondement légal.
Le syndicat a exprimé son soutien total à la journaliste Ouiam El Harche, demandant sa réintégration immédiate ainsi que la réparation du préjudice moral subi. Il qualifie cette décision de “violation flagrante des droits des travailleurs du secteur des médias”.
Il pointe également la responsabilité du gouvernement et du ministère de tutelle, qu’il accuse de complicité silencieuse, et appelle à une réforme urgente du Conseil via des élections démocratiques garantissant une véritable représentativité des professionnels du secteur et une protection effective de l’indépendance de la presse.

📰 National Media Union Condemns “Abusive Dismissal” at the Press Council, Demands Reinstatement of Journalist Ouiam El Harche

The National Union of Journalism and Media, affiliated with the Moroccan Labor Union (UMT), has strongly condemned what it described as the “sadistic and abusive dismissal” of several employees at the National Press Council, accusing the head of the provisional committee, Younes Moujahid, of authoritarian behavior and unjustified dismissals, particularly targeting female staff.
The union declared its full support for journalist Ouiam El Harche, calling for her immediate reinstatement and moral redress, labeling the dismissal as a “blatant violation of media workers’ rights.”
It also held the government and the supervising ministry accountable for their “silent complicity”, urging for an urgent reform of the Council through free and democratic elections that would ensure genuine professional representation and safeguard the independence of the press from political interference.
